Free estimates are provided in good faith based on the information you share and, when needed, an on-site look. Final pricing may change if the stump size, root spread, access, or debris volume differs from what was described. Written quotes are valid for 30 days.
Cypress Creek Stump Grinding performs professional stump grinding only. We do not offer tree removal, tree trimming, land clearing, brush clearing, forestry mulching, arborist consulting, or landscaping. If you need those services, we are happy to point you toward reputable Hill Country contractors — including our sister company for brush work.
You are responsible for confirming property lines and giving us safe access. We call 811 for public utility locates before grinding. Private lines (irrigation, invisible fence, low-voltage lighting, propane, private water) are not covered by 811 — please flag them for us in advance so we can protect them.
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept card, check, and bank transfer. Past-due balances may accrue reasonable interest and collection costs.
We stand behind our work. If a stump we ground is not below finished grade as specified, let us know within 30 days and we'll come back and correct it. Otherwise the site is provided "as is" and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific job.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Kerr County, Texas.
